Approximately 400 apartments will be developed as part of The Nova Centre redevelopment – many to accommodate public housing residents, and students. A hotel and shopping centre will also be built on the site. Central Equity paid $6.25 million for the property just over three years ago, before obtaining a permit to more than double the number of apartments on the site, opposite the Latrobe Reserve.
